张双灵,女,教授,博士生导师,山东省现代农业产业技术体系鱼类加工与质量控制岗位科学家。主持和参加各类科研课题共29项,其中国家级2项、省部级12项。在健康食品营养与安全领域,尤其是蛋白-多糖载体构建,传输、控释天然功能活性成分等方面开展了系列研究工作。获省部级成果奖励1项,其中三等奖1项;获授权发明专利9件,国际专利3件;发表论文50余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录37篇,影响因子273.218,引用1503次,其中JCR一区论文23篇,10分以上论文9篇,著作1部,主编十三五规划教材2部,副主编教材1部。
