一、个人简介
赵海燕,女,副教授,硕士生导师,青岛市食品科学技术学会理事,“湾区认证”农食委专家委员。长期从事食品真实性检测和产地溯源、食品营养组分和危害物分析等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、青岛市科技惠民示范专项等科研项目;获科研成果奖励6项,其中省部级一等奖1项、二等奖2项;授权发明专利6件;发表论文40余篇,其中SCI、EI等收录20余篇,参编著作和教材2部。
