一、个人简介
袁永凯,男,教授,研究生导师,全球前2%顶尖科学家,山东省青年科技托举人才,青岛农业大学“特支计划”拔尖人才,郑金铠院长团队,Food & Medicine Homology专刊主编、学术编委,Foods、Frontiers in Nutrition等客座编辑,iMeta、Journal of Future Foods等青年编委,Advances in Colloid and Interface Science、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry: X、Food Research International、Food Control、Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies、Food Bioscience、Journal of Food Engineering、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food & Function、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际权威期刊同行评审专家。主持参与科研项目10余项;发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表30余篇(累积影响因子大于300,ESI热点2篇、高被引8篇、封面1篇),引用2600余次,H指数30;申请发明专利10余项;参编著作2部。
