一、个人简介
张弛,女,汉族,中共党员,1991年6月生,江苏徐州人,食品科学与工程学院教授,青岛农业大学第三批优秀人才“特支计划”拔尖人才。主持/参加各类科研课题共5项,其中国家级3项。在智能化未来食品开发、功能性材料等方面开展了系列研究工作。发表高水平SCI论文12篇,影响因子150,其中JCR一区论文11篇,10分以上论文7篇;

2024.09-2025.12 青岛农业大学食品科学与工程学院 讲师;
2025.12-至今 青岛农业大学食品科学与工程学院 教授。
