一、个人简介
张弛,女,汉族,中共党员,1991年6月生,江苏徐州人,食品科学与工程学院讲师。主持/参加各类科研课题共5项,其中国家级3项。在智能化未来食品开发等方面开展了系列研究工作。发表高水平SCI论文12篇,影响因子150,其中JCR一区论文11篇,10分以上论文7篇;
