一、个人简介
吴昊,女,博士,教授,研究生导师。青岛特种食品研究院合作与转化处负责人、山东省食品科学技术学会理事、中国农业工程学会农产品物流工程专业委员会委员、青岛市上合新区特色农产品精深加工专家工作站首席专家。主要从事农产品采后生理及保鲜包装、农产品中营养成分提取及生物活性、农产品加工副产物的高值化利用、军用食品研发等方面的研究。先后主持承担国家重点研发军委专项、国家自然基金(面上、专项、青年)、山东省重点研发等各类课题15项,主持经费702万元;以第一或通讯作者发表论文58篇,其中ESI高被引论文3篇,影响因子213,单篇最高影响因子21.8;授权国家发明专利5项,转让1项;参编英文著作1部,国家级规划教材2部;获天津市科技进步奖二等奖、青岛市科学技术奖一等奖、津沽农业科技创新成果奖科技进步类最佳成果(一等奖)、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖三等奖、山东省青年教师教学竞赛优秀奖、青岛农业大学卓越教学奖等;Food Hydrocolloids、食品科学等国内外专业期刊审稿人。培养毕业研究生16人。
